Anyone who has a list of contacts of a group or network of people and knows the product(s) they want to offer can contact us to set up a Buying Session. It takes only a few minutes to set up.

The Buying Session can be as long as the Coordinator chooses. This may be as little as 1 or 2 weeks, but usually 3-6 weeks. Public agencies using purchase orders may require some extra time. Coordinators are guided during set up of the appropriate time needed.

The Information Exchange produces its own educational products that are offered through the NDP system. However, representatives of any group can recommend products they would like to offer their network. The Information Exchange will work with the producer of that item to setup order fulfillment and determine a discount price matrix to be used for the Buying Session.

Manufacturers and producers of most products offer quantity price breaks. The Information Exchange uses these price breaks to create a Discount Price Matrix that can be offered to any Buyer during a NDP Buying Session which reflects the needs of the organization or network of people being served.
